PDF Pattern Orders: All PDF pattern orders are fulfilled automatically via a website plugin. You will receive your pattern at the email that you use when ordering. If you do not see it within an hour or two, please check your spam or junk mail. If you are using a tablet or phone to try to download, and are having trouble, try it from your computer. For whatever reason tablets and phones can have trouble with PDFs.

Pattern Bags: In an effort to reduce EPQD's reliance on plastic, all paper pattern orders will be shipped WITHOUT a plastic bag unless one is requested in the notes of the order.
